Ethik
The online based data registry is used for collecting observational data of routine TDM in all cases of pharmacotherapy in children and adolescents. During the feasibility phase the evaluation focuses on atypical antipsychotics and modern antide¬pressants, especially SSRIs. Every patient treated with these psychotropic drugs should be enrolled. Ethical committees approved the study design stating TDM as a part of clinical routine procedures in order to optimize individual dosage finding and prevention of side effects. For data safety reasons informed consent on data collection and data analysis is obtained from patients and parents. Every new centre has to contact the local ethics committee to obtain a positive vote in order to be able to participate in the society.
Of course we provide interested parties with the necessary documents and guarantee our support
